Point of Interest:
Upon arrival to the hearing it was learned that the judge and DAs office had not sent for a Court Recorder to be in attendance.  This is expected standard practice so that things are on record, particularly for hearings that are supposed to be public. Just before the meeting began, the defense attorneys objected and refused to go forward until there was one present. At that point, the judge and prosecution ordered a Court Recorder to be sent up to record. 
   
*** When the Woolley’s  learned that the judge and prosecution did not intend to follow protocol, they decided to do an audio recording so that public testimony and evidence would not be lost.***
