About Rescue Clayton
In 2018, DA Jack Thorp requested that DHS take our grandson from us and denied his mother and family any visitations under false accusations. Since then we are fighting to bring him home even though ALL charges have been cleared and we've been proven innocent. RescueClayton.com was created to give you the history, story, evidence, and ask for your help to bring our Clayton home. We pray that through our efforts we bring Clayton home and can help others bring their "Clayton's" home too!

In 2018, corruption began when Wagoner County Officials were called to the Woolley home upon the sudden unexplainable death of Elijah Woolley. Wagoner County officials have since made statements like "there is no such thing as SIDS" and "babies don't just die." It appears that although all charges have been dropped and we have many medical experts proving the innocence of this family, Clayton is still denied the ability to return home to his family.

"Wagoner County DA can move to modify or even terminate Clayton's current guardianship where he is being mistreated and return Clayton to his family. We also know that he has a relationship with Judge Elizabeth Brown who could also move to have Clayton restored. They have ignored the testimony of the eyewitnesses. Further, the district Judge has authority to help this family."
Rescue Clayton Updates!
This past couple months of 2023 (October & November), Rescue Clayton has been part of two interim studies at the Capitol. The first study was specifically called to address DHS and share the testimonies of Oklahoma families experiences with DHS and to ask for their help. The second study was specifically called to expose local government corruption through the testimonies of Oklahoma Citizens. We need your prayer! With all of this traction with these hearings, the Woolley's story is spreading and being heard! We need your prayer coverage for important meetings that have been taking place with DHS and government officials that have the ability to help us rescue Clayton and bring hime home!
